Dr. Jaime Gorby graduated from Marshall University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Disorders and obtained her Master of Arts degree in Audiology from Ohio University in 1995. She returned to school in 2007 to obtain her clinical doctorate degree (Au.D.) from Salus University in the specialty field of audiology. Jaime joined the Audiology staff at EN&T in 2000 and has always worked in an otolaryngology setting. Doctor Gorby specializes in diagnostic testing, comprehensive hearing aid services, and the assessment and management of tinnitus.
Jaime maintains a Certificate of Clinical Competency through the American Speech Language Hearing Association and licensure through the State of West Virginia. She is a member of the West Virginia Audiology Association and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She is also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
Dr. Gorby is married and has two children. Her outside interests include reading, scrapbooking and creative writing.
