We use an automated telephone system with direct dial numbers for each department (see following). Office personnel will answer your call 8:00 - 4:30 Monday through Friday. If they are assisting other callers, please leave a message including your name, patient's name and a telephone number. Your call will be returned promptly.



Directions & Directory 

  • Exit I-77 at Leon Sullivan Way and Capitol Streets (Exit 100). 
  • Follow Leon Sullivan Way to the first traffic light and turn right onto Washington Street. 
  • Follow Washington Street to Laidley Street (to the 4th traffic light) and turn right onto Laidley Street. 
  • Follow one block to stop sign at Donnally Street. 
  • Cross Donnally Street to enter paid parking lot for Medical Office Building North. 

 

Our office is located at 500 Donnally Street. The physicians see patients on the second floor of Medical Office Building North (Building A). The Hearing Aid Center is now located on the second floor. 

 

  • Come into the building through the main entrance (covered entry located approximately in the middle of the complex). 
  • Take elevator "A" to the second floor into EN&T's reception area.
  • Sign in at reception desk upon arrival.
